# Dani Naveh
President and Chief Executive Officer, Israel Bonds (Development Corporation for Israel). Naveh appears once in the 6/25/25 Brady production, in a 6/19/2025 DCI marketing email distributed to Israel Bonds clients including Brady. The email text describes an Iranian missile strike on Naveh's family home overnight on 6/18-19/2025, framed as a sales appeal:
> "Last night, our President & CEO Dani Naveh lived what no parent ever should. At 12:18 am ET, sirens sounded across Israel. While on FaceTime with his three children, an Iranian missile struck their home. Two minutes after they reached the shelter, an explosion engulfed part of the house in flames. Thank God, they were safe. The shelter saved their lives."
Naveh's quoted reaction in the email is captured verbatim in the Evidence section below.
The email's marketing framing closes by inviting the reader to stand with Naveh and with Israel, and thanks recipients for their support, ending with "Am Yisrael Chai."
Naveh's role as President and CEO of DCI is documented for the first time in the wiki by this email. The email is significant for the investigation primarily as evidence of DCI's continued post-Resolution-2025-22 sales communication to Brady, using current military events (the Iranian strike during Operation Rising Lion) as marketing context. The choice to share Naveh's family's near-miss as institutional marketing material is itself a documented element of DCI's sales rhetorical strategy.
## Evidence
> "Last night, our President & CEO Dani Naveh lived what no parent ever should. At 12:18 am ET, sirens sounded across Israel. While on FaceTime with his three children, an Iranian missile struck their home."
> DCI marketing email to Jason Brady, A Message from Our CEO.pdf p.1, 6/19/2025
> "The damage is severe, but our spirits are strong and resilient. Israel is at war for its right to exist — and we will prevail."
> Dani Naveh quoted in DCI marketing email, A Message from Our CEO.pdf p.1, 6/19/2025
> "And yet, Dani remains undeterred. His strength mirrors the spirit of the people of Israel. We are shaken, but we are not broken. As a community, we stand with him — and with Israel. We thank you for standing with us. Am Yisrael Chai."

## Securities production: CRD #7413657, President/CEO/Director effective 12/2021, Control/Influence Y flag
The Arkansas Securities Department FOIA production at [[securities-foia-r1-4-20-26]] documents Naveh's CRD-level identification and his Direct Owners role at DCI:
> "NAVEH, DANI | Individual | PRESIDENT, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND DIRECTOR | 12/2021 | Less than 5% | Y | N | 7413657"
> ASD-023_Direct-Owners-Executive-Officers-CRD-Redacted.pdf, page 2
Naveh holds CRD #7413657 with a Direct Owners effective date of December 2021 in the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director role. Naveh is one of four DCI officers flagged with Control/Influence = Y on the Direct Owners filing (the others being [[stuart-garawitz]], [[jordan-horvath]], and [[erik-kruger]]). The Control/Influence Y designation indicates Naveh exercises documented operational control at the Direct-Owners-filing level.
The 12/2021 effective date establishes Naveh's tenure as DCI President/CEO since approximately the end of 2021. This is approximately 11 months prior to the wiki's first-documented Naveh appearance in the productions (the 12/14/2023 Naveh-Walther Zoom thank-you call documented at [[stuart-garawitz]] Sub-batch 3 findings from Treasury R2). The Naveh-Walther December 2023 Zoom call therefore occurred approximately two years into Naveh's tenure as President/CEO. The wiki's R1 documentation of Naveh succeeding Israel Maimon "sometime between 1/1/2021 and 5/1/2023" at [[development-corporation-for-israel]] is refined by the Securities production to a December 2021 effective date.
Naveh is documented as the senior-most DCI officer engaging with Arkansas state government across the wiki's productions. The December 2023 Zoom thank-you call with Walther (mediated by [[stuart-garawitz]] and [[ana-torres]]) and Berman's 4/17/2025 thank-you to Thurston referencing a future Naveh-Thurston engagement plan ("I know our CEO Dani Naveh would like to thank you personally... I know Dani would like to travel to Little Rock as well in the upcoming months") document Naveh's role as the senior personal-relationship-engagement principal at DCI's CEO level.
Naveh is the only DCI Control/Influence Y officer who is NOT documented as an AR-registered broker-dealer agent (his name does not appear on ASD-151). The structural implication: Naveh exercises Direct-Owners-level operational control over DCI but does not act as a registered agent on Arkansas transactions; the day-to-day Arkansas-transaction execution is conducted by AR-registered agents [[lawrence-berman]], [[brad-young]], and [[stuart-garawitz]] under Naveh's senior-corporate authority.
