# Gar Chung Reporter, FIN Daily. Email address present in source but redacted by the FOIA producer. The FIN Daily masthead in the 6/3/2025 newsletter lists contributors as "Lauren Albanese, Lindsay Saienni and Gar Chung." On 6/3/2025 at 12:45 PM, the day after the ATRS Board vote, Chung emailed Rod Graves: "Sorry to bug you again but I have two follow up questions if I may. Can you comment on why the board decided to invest in Israel bonds? How will this mandate be funded? Can you also tell me if anything came out of the private debt discussion? What are the next steps in this process?" The "again" implies an earlier exchange not present in this batch. Graves forwarded the follow-up internally to Mark White, asking whether to respond. Graves provided his own answer to the funding question for White's review: "I expect the mandate to be funded through cash flows based on actual values compared to target asset allocation targets at the time of funding." The materials in this batch do not show a final response sent back to Chung. The same FIN Daily 6/3/2025 newsletter was distributed to multiple ATRS staff (Sarah Collins Linam, Mark White, Donna Bumgardner) but the newsletter pages render as image-only scans without recoverable text in this PDF production. ## Evidence > "Sorry to bug you again but I have two follow up questions if I may.
