The JUL 25 PDF (Chunk 2) documents Norton in two substantive FOIA-handling roles: (1) **The May 2025 PST production for Wickline.** Norton ran the search-string PST extraction (mailboxes Fecher, Borromeo, Golleher; date October 1, 2024 to present; search strings "Israel Bonds"/"Israel Bond") that produced "IB FOI May 2025.pst" with about 50 items. Norton's 6/2/2025 7:37 AM email to Gilson, Fecher, Borromeo, Golleher provided access instructions; on 6/3/2025 1:56 PM Norton produced the PDF "IB_FOIA_Reviewed.pdf" — the artifact that the wiki ingested as the MAY 25 PDF. The MAY 25 PDF is therefore Norton's work product responding to Wickline's FOIA. (2) **The July 2025 production for Joshua Dunlap.** Norton coordinated the response to Dunlap's 7/1/2025 5-category FOIA request via email with Gilson, Fecher, and Borromeo on 7/2/2025. Norton proposed using the prior DIS search results plus appending Borromeo's hand-pulled additions (the 5/14 Borromeo-Stephens "fixed income eyes" thread). The resulting JUL 25 PDF is Norton's work product responding to Dunlap.
